Melissa and her family went to Myrtle Beach, SC for vacation when she came up with the idea for Packable Pails. She had bought her son a sand bucket while there however, she had to throw it away prior to leaving because it would not fit in the luggage for the airplane ride home. Donnie is a legend in the sport of motocross who was on top of the world in 1982. He had just won the AMA Supercross Championship and the 250 Motocross Championship.  As a result, he was asked to be a member of Team USA in the Motocross and Trophee Des Nations. Mitch entered the software business as the founder of Timeslips Corp (sold to Sage Pic) after creating the largest network of Certified Consultants in the software industry. They helped intuit Corp create their own Certified Quickbooks Accountant Network as well. After he sold his company, he ran Sage Pic in the US as the COO with over 300 staff.

Marques grew up in a single parent home with a father that inspired him. He attended Howard University where he played division 1 football prior to getting drafted into the NFL in 2003.
